Stretching Exercises via Zoom

Chase Meadows is the assistant recreation manager in the Bayside Resort Golf Club recreation department. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Chase is pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Administration through Arkansas State university. Go Redwolves!

In this session, Chase will lead you through exercises with resistance bands and light free weights for building strength.
